Return & Exchange Policy

At Glolink Bicycles, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

However, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • An exchange request must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Exchanges are only accepted for similar items or store credit, depending on availability.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
